In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on doan55. 4.1 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your Account. doan55 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information, including incorrect contact details, payment account details, or identification data.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your doan55 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. doan55 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify doan55 support immediately.

4.3 Account Suspension and Closure

doan55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time if there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any conduct that may harm the integrity of the platform or other users. In such cases, doan55 may withhold funds pending investigation.

doan55 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with its international gaming licence obligations. All Players are required to complete identity verification before making a withdrawal. doan55 may also request verification before accepting deposits or granting access to certain game categories.

Verification requires the submission of the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible photograph or scanned copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (both front and back).

doan55 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving a complete documentation set. Incomplete submissions will result in delays. doan55 is not responsible for withdrawal delays arising from a Player's failure to submit complete and valid documentation in a timely manner.

doan55 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer. All deposits are credited to your doan55 Account balance in PKR at the amount received, with no platform-side processing fees applied.

6.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on doan55 is Rs 500. This minimum applies to all payment methods. doan55 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds for specific payment methods at any time, with notice provided on the relevant deposit page.

6.2 Deposit Restrictions

All deposit funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name and associated with the same identity as your doan55 Account. Deposits made using third-party payment accounts are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds. doan55 does not accept deposits from credit card sources or any financing instruments.

6.3 Deposit Processing

JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your doan55 Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits typically credit within 1–3 business hours during banking hours. doan55 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider's processing times.

Withdrawals from your doan55 Account are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to any applicable limits set by that payment provider. doan55 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts.

7.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount on doan55 is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

7.2 Processing Times

• JazzCash & EasyPaisa: Verified accounts receive funds within 30 minutes of withdrawal approval during operating hours.
• HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank & Bank Transfer: Withdrawals are processed same-day for requests submitted before 4:00 PM PKT on business days. Requests submitted after this time are processed the following business day.

7.3 Verification Requirement

Withdrawals will only be processed from Accounts that have successfully completed the doan55 KYC process. Unverified Accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw funds until CNIC verification is complete. doan55 strongly recommends completing verification immediately after registration to avoid delays when you wish to withdraw.

7.4 Withdrawal Holds

doan55 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests for security review. This hold will not exceed 48 hours except in cases where additional documentation is requested and pending. During a hold period, doan55 will communicate with you via your registered email address.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to registered Players aged 21 and above who have completed at least one qualifying deposit, unless otherwise stated on the specific offer.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each specific bonus or promotional offer once only, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are held separately from real-money Balance and must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

8.2 Wagering Contribution

Not all game categories contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements on doan55. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each stake. 9.1 Game Integrity

9.2 Betting Market Rules
